Caroline Perry

Caroline began working at IU Indianapolis in 2023 as an Academic Advisor and Partnership Coordinator with the Center for Transfer and Adult Students. She joined the Office of Undergraduate Admissions in 2024 and now serves as a Senior Admissions Counselor for Transfer Recruitment.

Caroline is a proud Indiana University alumni, holding both a B.S. in Elementary Education & M.S.Ed in School Counseling. She has served as an educator in K-12 and higher education in for the past 10 years, specializing in trauma and crisis management, trauma-informed instruction and care for diverse student populations, academic advising, and college and career readiness. She is excited to bring this background to undergraduate admissions as she works to provide an individualized and encompassing experience to transfer students.

When not working, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and supporting local businesses. She also currently serves on Indiana University Bloomington’s School of Education Alumni Advisory Board, helping develop skill sets and career pathways for future educators.
