Steps to accept your financial aid
You will need to decide if you want to accept your entire financial aid package or just a portion.
Create your IU computing account
Once you’re admitted, upgrade your One.IU credentials to an IU computing account. (Already set up your account? Go to step 2!)
View your aid information
Review your personalized Financial Aid Notification (FAN), which includes the details about the financial aid you’ve been offered.
Accept or decline aid
Decide if you’d like to receive some, none, or all your loans and work-study.
Set a reminder for next year’s FAFSA
File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) every year before the deadline to be considered for all types of federal, state, and institutional financial aid you’ve been awarded.
Keep yourself up to date
