Verify your student tax non-filer form

Your FAFSA indicates that you did not file a 2021 federal tax return. If this is correct, please complete the form on this page based on the campus you are attending and submit it to the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships at the address listed on the form. You will also need to submit an IRS letter of non-filing and a wage transcript.

If you are married, your spouse will also be required to submit an IRS letter of non-filing and a wage transcript from the IRS.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your documentation to be reviewed. Additional documentation may be requested, and any form that is incomplete or provides discrepant information will require follow-up and delay processing.

If we are unable to complete verification, we may be required to cancel any existing financial aid awards you might have received.
