About

Angela began working at IU Indianapolis in 2017 in the Dean’s Office of the IU School of Medicine before transitioning to admissions counseling with the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs in 2021. After completing her Master of Public Affairs, she joined the office of Undergraduate Admissions in 2024 to support all the academic schools at IU Indianapolis as Associate Director of Academic School Recruitment. As part of her role, Angela specializes in supporting students exploring the Business and Public Affairs Pathway.

While in college, Angela spent her summers as an Indianapolis tour guide. This job fostered a love of the city of Indianapolis and the many features that make Indy special. Angela believes there is never a dull moment in the city if you are looking for something fun to do. So, if you need any recommendations for how to spend a weekend or evening in the Indy or simply want a few fun facts, Angela is the person to ask.

In addition to “nerding out” over Indianapolis history and fun facts, Angela has a Bachelor of Fine Art and moonlights as professional artist. She spends much of her free time painting, drawing, and exploring the Indy’s many art galleries on First Fridays. Her favorite location on campus is the Herron School of Art and Design’s many hallways that rotate displays of excellent student artwork.
